Toki City Hall is an important public institution for those who live in Toki City. It is the center for many government functions, including foreign resident registration, registration of newborn babies and marriage with Japanese. There are windows to subscribe for the National Health Insurance and pensions. Additionally, you can address problems in your daily life or problems resulting from traffic accidents at the Public Relations Department.
City Hall also works on signature-stamp certification, welfare allowances and services, nurseries, medical subsidies, taxes, traffic improvement, adolescentand women's issues, commerce, industry, tourism, agriculture, pollution control,public sanitation, vaccinations, international exchanges, education, water service, roads, rivers, parks and housing.
When you want information and do not know the department concerned, ask at the information desk at the east or west entrance to City Hall; or call the reception desk, phone: 54-1111.
We request those who do not understand Japanese to have somebody else make a call for you or come with you to City Hall.
